On macOS, how to access a windows ec2 instance
AWS console login
Access the EC2 service. and then select launch instance, then search with windows, and choose the machine you want to create.
Click on select to choose the machine.
Choose your instance type.
Click on next to configure details
Click on next to add storage if needed. Default size will be present.
Click on next to add tags If you want to make it specific.
Click next to configure secuirty group. either create new or choose existing.
Click on Review and Launch to reverify details.
Now create your Key. For windows rdp key will get downloaded which will help to connect Windows machine.
Verify now Your instance must have created.
After you’ve finished, download and install Microsfot remote desktop.
Now click on add desktop or workshop.
Here you have to provide your instance Public IP.
Then make a user account.
- Feed URL — The URL of the RD Web Access server. You can also enter your corporate email account in this field — this tells the client to search for the RD Web Access Server associated with your email address.
- User name — The user name to use for the RD Web Access server you are connecting to.
- Password — The password to use for the RD Web Access server you are connecting to.

Now double-click the machine and click on continue.
After that, your desktop will look like this.
